Narad Media Network provides PR, media relations, digital marketing, social media management, branding, creative services, personal branding, reputation management, content creation, video production, event & campaign PR, and other related marketing and communication services.
The exact scope of services, deliverables, timelines and fees will be mentioned in the applicable quotation, proposal, invoice or service agreement.
2. Service Agreement
A project will be considered confirmed once the client accepts the quotation/proposal, signs an agreement, provides written confirmation, or makes the required payment.
Any specific terms agreed upon in writing between Narad Media Network and the client will take priority over these general Terms & Conditions.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, required documents, content, approvals, access and other materials necessary for the successful completion of the project.
Any delay in providing required information or approvals may affect project timelines and will not automatically entitle the client to a refund or cancellation.
The client is responsible for ensuring that any content, images, logos, trademarks or other materials provided to us can legally be used.
4. Fees & Payments
All fees and payment schedules will be communicated through the applicable quotation, proposal or invoice.
Clients are required to make payments according to the agreed schedule. Narad Media Network may pause or suspend services if payments are delayed or remain unpaid.
Any work outside the agreed scope may be charged separately after informing the client.
5. PR, Marketing & Media Results
Narad Media Network will make reasonable professional efforts to deliver the agreed services. However, specific results such as media coverage, publication, leads, sales, followers, engagement, website traffic, rankings or revenue cannot be guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.
Media publications, advertising platforms, social media platforms and other third parties may make independent decisions that are outside our control.

6.PR, Media & Third-Party Expenses
For PR, media relations, advertising, event, production or other services involving third-party publications, platforms, vendors, venues, production houses, influencers or media partners, amounts already paid or committed to third parties may be non-refundable.
Narad Media Network will not be responsible for refunding third-party charges that cannot be recovered from the respective third-party provider.
7. Third-Party Services
Some projects may involve third-party platforms, media organisations, publishers, vendors, freelancers, influencers, advertising platforms or other service providers.
Third-party charges, policies, availability and performance are outside our direct control. Any applicable third-party costs may be charged separately and may be non-refundable once incurred.

8. Cancellation & Termination
Cancellation and refund requests are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Narad Media Network may suspend or terminate services if the client fails to make payments, breaches these terms, provides misleading information, requests unlawful activities, or engages in abusive or inappropriate conduct.
Termination does not remove the client’s responsibility to pay for services already completed or expenses already incurred.
9.Liability & Force Majeure
Narad Media Network will not be responsible for indirect losses or damages arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including third-party platform changes, media decisions, technical failures, internet disruptions, delays caused by clients or third parties, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
10.Governing Law & Contact
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, India.
